Payment will be determined by funding, advertising, and subscriptions we receive for this project.

While we want articles that are methodologically sound (including sources), we also envision this journal, if eventually approved by the SoCal ETC Board of Directors, to appeal to a wide audience.

At the start, while it will initially be edited by academic and cultural professionals, the articles will not be peer reviewed. But we expect to develop an editorial board for this purpose in the future.
